Photographing muted rocks in New Mexico for nine months of the year, I get enthusiastic about plants when I get to the Colorado mountains, particularly if they have bold colors. Of course, wild flowers are iresistable subjects, but there are also many other unusual examples in this collection. All photos were taken in natural environments in Rocky Mountain National Park.
