Marble Canyon is the first section of the Grand Canyon. The canyon is flanked by the Vermilion Cliffs, the walls of the Paria Plateau rising almost 2000 feet. The region presents an extraordinary diversity of secluded canyons and towering rocks centered on the Colorado River. This is the second of two exhibits on the area.
